1. Purchase a data bundle
2. Download the SmartRoam eSIM (you only need to do this once)
3. Follow the activation instructions in our app

2. Tap Mobile Service/Cellular
3. Select your SmartRoam eSIM line and turn it on
4. Tap back, then re-enter the eSIM line settings
5. Ensure Data Roaming is turned ON
6. Change Mobile Data to use the SmartRoam eSIM line instead of your primary

You can request a refund if:
1. You submit your request within 14 days of purchase, AND
2. The data allowance of your bundle has not been used (even partially), AND
3. Your bundle has not expired and is not due to expire shortly
Additionally, you have the right to ask for a refund within 28 days if your SmartRoam is faulty and cannot be used or installed due to a technical problem originating from SmartRoam.
You can easily purchase additional data through the SmartRoam app whenever you need it, without having to download a new eSIM.
